Getting weird message when user enters in comments

So I followed through all the steps including pasting the HTML code
into my 'add comments' template and inserted the PHP code where it
needed to go in the show_inc.php file.

Everything is showing up when you go to comments but the problems as
soon as they enter in a comment they get a strange message that
says:

You must type Hello.
go back

They enter in the right verification and enter a name and a email
address.

comment to get a better picture of what I mean.
