Hi,
I maintain several websites and want to use this method to protect all
my forms.
Do I need to create a different login account for each site. I know I
can generate more than one image, but how do I tie a specific image to
a specific site?

You do not need to create different accounts.
Generate
one image per site (if installing "gateway")
or
one image for all sites (or if you want some you may generate
different images) if installing PHP & Perl.

Then, if installing not "gateway", simply add the same (or if
generated some choose any) image code on all the sites.

If installing gateway, then, for each site, click the link "Install"
under the appropriate image and install gateway as described there.
