Forum - Error on submission---NOT the thank you

my previous post (which hasn't been answered) actually blames the
thank you page redirect, but that's not it. i generated a new gateway
and eliminated the redirect to the thank you page (the script defaults
then to returning the user to the form). but on the test page using
the gateway, after the captcha is submitted, the user still gets the
same error. i suspect somehow it's trying to open something other than
the page on my server. how can i get this to work? PLEASE---i've not
gotten any response to emails or these posts. i'm trying to provide as
much info as possible; if you need anything more, just let me know!
thanx.

PLEASE. Can anyone tell me why I'm not getting any response to emails
and posts here? If I am doing something wrong, I will correct it; I
really do want to get this working. Thanks.

I had the same problem. Got tired of messing around with it and
decided to put the thank you page in place of error page. There's
really no need to have an error page if all is working. This cured
the problem.

thanx, c5353, but as i said in the first post in this thread, it's NOT
just the thank you page redirect...the error occurs after the captcha
is submitted even when i eliminate the redirect altogether.
repeated emails to the developers have gone unanswered, and the email
notification that you responded (on november 8th, it seems) was just
sent to me today (december 15th)!!! something's seriously wrong here.

this is a shame that people have this problem and there's been no
solution or workaround by the developers, as the program has a lot of
promise and fills a void.

i've found a very nice captcha alternative using javascript and php.
i'd tried to avoid that since i know some of us security-conscious
surfers don't like scripting, but it works well and, with a new addy,
i now no longer get spam from the form. i just wish the developers
here had answered.
